For the best cumulative results, we recommend a course of 4–6 treatments, repeated every 3–5 weeks depending on the condition of your hair. After completing the course, treatments can be booked as needed to maintain softness, hydration and shine.

How Often Should You Have a Haircut?

Regular haircuts maintain the shape and help your hair look thicker, healthier and well cared for. If split ends are not trimmed in time, the damage can travel further up the hair, causing breakage. As a result, the ends look thinner, drier and uneven—and you may need to cut off significantly more later.

Recommended time between haircuts:

• Short haircuts and pixie cuts — every 4–6 weeks
• Bobs and lobs — every 6–8 weeks
• Layered haircuts — every 8–10 weeks
• Long hair and blunt cuts — every 8–12 weeks
• Fringe trims — every 2–4 weeks

Regular trims help preserve your length, maintain fuller-looking ends and keep your haircut in shape. Your stylist will assess your hair and recommend the best time for your next appointment.

Toning is a maintenance service between full colour appointments that keeps your colour looking fresh, rich and polished without the need for a complete colour service.

For blonde hair: neutralises yellow and brassy tones, restoring a clean, fresh shade.

For dark hair: restores colour depth, neutralises unwanted red tones and adds shine.

To keep your colour looking fresh, we recommend toning every 4–6 weeks, depending on your shade and home-care routine.
